Duplicate Pay what you want user upgrade pricing

I would like it if users can buy an upgrade with a name your price button. There should be a minimum (as an admin option)

I currently have various priced upgrades, users have an option of £15, £20, £30 and £50 per year. It works quite well and overall I think we get more than if we just had one price.

It would be much simpler if it was £15 as a basic minimum) but those who could afford to pay more do. (I think some pay just for the extra stuff, but others pay oit of appreciation, to help keep the forum going)
