Nope it was the current php 5.5.12, but was a small misconfiguration in the control panel (using a mix of Apache with Nginx) For those who may run into this issue and happen to be using vestacp (vestacp.com), remember to check the apache to load either phpcgi (or phpcgid) Upvote 0 Downvote
