Add-on (Paid) New Credits System With Store Functionality

I need a very personalised credits system with many features unique to my forum. Please initiate a conversation if you are interested in knowing more. Budget is $1,000 USD.
 
I will be willing to pay additional money to the developer who takes on Alexander's request of developing such an add-on, provided they add functionality for a 'form item' type. A form item when used will display a form customized by the administrator, which will be PM'd, posted as a thread, or emailed. @Alexander Firth has already told me in private message he is okay with developers reselling this addon after creation. We need a good credits system on Xenforo, as the current ones are very lacking.
 
I am also interested, i'd be willing to pay additional money too,

maybe xen-factory @XFA is willing to take on the job, if he is capable of it

i can't really think of anyone else who could take on this project and would regulary update it and add new features for us
