[PAID] Looking for someone to sort out permissions

I am looking for someone to access my forum and work out the permissions for the usergroups.
I have been at it way to long and still cant figure out as admin, why I am being moderated or why some of my members are being moderated.

I know there are text post, showing how to do this or that, but I have followed them and now at a loss...
