XF 1 (PAID) Force user to fill customs fields before upgrade/pay

Hello,

Currently we have 2 optional customs fields" "Name" and "Mobile". I want the user who want to upgrade his account -and before pay- to fill these 2 fields so in case of any payment issue, I have the name and contact number.
For other users who don't want to pay for membership/upgrade, there is no need to fill it.
