Trying to do the following:

Adding tooltips and I used to use XF1 where I could add it in page_container_js_head which no long exists.
So now I am trying to add it to PAGE_CONTAINER instead which is the place I guess it should be in XF2

However this doesnt work?
Can somebody help.
