I finally figured out why I couldn't replicate the issue and was able to get it sorted for you guys/gals.

Actually no, it was a noob mistake. I had the template modification switched off and edited the template directly. So I was seeing what everyone should have seen had I done the template modification right.

I have these issues when the addon is installed:

click multi, choose all, deselect one, delete => all are deleted
click multi, choose all, insert => inserted twice

Do you have any idea, what could be wrong?

I've been trying this out but it does not appear to work properly with quick thread creation from the forum view in XF2.2, the insert button is not removed. No problems when using Post Thread though.

Xen 2.2.13 & 2.2.15 fresh install - no addons except XFRM, XFMG & XFES
Works but insert thumb / full will not flip places after saving option.
