You're right, my apologies. I had always been testing it on my own profile for which it doesn't work. For all other users, changing the avatar via ACP works just fine.. Weird, I could've sworn it didn't work before .

I'm encountering an inconsistent avatar update issue. When I replace an avatar image with a new one, the changes are not reliably reflected for users. The updated avatar image appears correctly in the data/th_avatargallery_avatar/ directory. However, the corresponding image in the data/th_avatargallery_avatar/X/ directory (where X is a random letter) does not update consistently.

Consequently, users who select the newly uploaded avatar are still seeing the old version. I've already attempted standard troubleshooting steps like clearing the cache and re-uploading the avatar image multiple times, without success. Please advise @Painbaker
