XF 2.2 Own snippet-function or regex for snippet?

Has someone an idea how to make a new snippet-function?
Or inject a regex to the existing one?

Every post has a headline like

heading title /heading
Text

but the snippet needs to get rid of the first row with heading.

Any idea where to start and how to solve it?
