Fixed Orphaned data in xf_news_feed if thread is deleted

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new thread
2. Reply to thread

At this point xf_news_feed will contain two rows:



3. Delete thread (Permanently delete)

At this point xf_news_feed has an orphaned row.

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.2.4).

Change log:

Clean up news feed records belonging to posts when their thread is hard deleted.
