Ordered Xenforo, payment done, still no licence?

    Hi, ordered and paid for a new licence, but still have to hear from Xenforo.
    We bought a Xenforo forum and want to use our own licence asap, holidays? ;)

    I don't see a license for you yet.

    Login to your Paypal account and make sure the payment says completed.

    Yup, but I get this:

    Your Licenses
    You do not currently have any licenses.

    That's why Im posting here :)

    That is totally my error, paid with wrong PayPal (we have 2 verified Business PayPal) but one has instant payments, the other dont. So the transaction type is echeck which takes forever.!@$%

    Any way I can cancel the transaction and pay with the regular paypal to get this going?

    You may be able to cancel it within PayPal.

    Failing that, make the payment with the other account and the echeck can be refunded.

    So I just need to buy another licence, and when I get the 1st transaction cleared I ask for a refund?

    Cannot cancel with PayPal atm.

    If you are unable to cancel the transaction in PayPal, that may be the quickest option yes.
