XF 2.1 Oops! We ran into some problems. Converting styles from xenForo 1.x to 2.1

I exported my style page from my old xenForo instance and then went on to load it into the new one. Instead of a smile on my face, I got this message:

Oops! We ran into some problems.
This style XML file was not built for this version of XenForo. ​

I hope we have options here to deal with this. I really like my look.

• Is there a converter I can run?
• Is there a list of style peeps I can turn to?
• Is this a CSS thing?

Styles need to be re-written for XF2. Russ and Steve at @Pixel Exit are amazing.
