XF 2.0 Oops, An Error Occured (While trying to create account.)

I tried disabling all my themes, connected accounts. etc. Installed Addons: Discord Integration, SNOG Forms.

So. Upon Reading. With.. my eyes. (W0W) Its an issue with the discord addon. Not sure how to fix this. I've emailed the developer. When I try to manually add a user:
