XF 1.5 Only ts can reply

Hi all,

On my forum members can ask questions to experts.
Experts have their own expert forum and are moderator of their forum.
I would like to make the forum so that everyone can ask a question but only the mod (expert) and the topic starter can use the topic with the questions.
Now I have many members answering the question that only should be answered by the expert.
Looked at the permissions but I can't find the option(s) to achieve this.
Maybe you guys can help me?

There is no permission for that - it would require custom development.

There is a permission which will allow only the thread author to view their own threads, and staff would be able to respond to them.
