XF 1.1 Online status - Stop member hiding it

Is there a way to stop normal members from hiding their online status at all

Only by editing the templates to remove the option.

There may be something in the resources or archive for it.

Thanks Jake but I am not big on doing manual edits to templates if I really don't have to

When 1.2 comes along you will be able to remove the options automatically via template modifications.
