We would like to hire a developer to create a Xenforo plugin that utilizes Ondato age verification service.

We understand these types of projects and treat developers well. We are open to the idea of the developer re-selling the plugin to others as long as the pricing reflects this; there appears to be some demand. We can also pay full price and have the plugin remain our sole intellectual property.
Basic specification:
- This plugin should ensure that all new and existing users have verified they are over 18 years of age.
- For new users it should perform age verification after the e-mail verification process has completed.
- For existing users it should perform the age verification process directly after login, preventing the user from performing any other action until age verification has been completed.
- The age-verified flag should be editable via the user editor in the admin control panel.
- Some user-groups should be excluded from age verification, if possible.
- Ondato API keys should be configurable somewhere in the admin panel.
