Old inactive members with 0 posts

I have 1k+ of members with 0 posts that didn't visit the forum for more than a year. I'm thinking about deleting them. I don't think Google likes when site has 1k of identical, empty pages.
Good idea? Or I don't know something and it's not such a good idea like it looks?

It's your call whether to delete them or not.

I prevent guest/google from seeing the member pages, since they are a target of spam anyway.

I'm dancing from closing to opening and back for years, and still can't tell which one is better. Probably Brogan is right - nobody cares except my paranoia. )

My biggest reason was people tend to spam member pages with links to try to game seo. I think google does see these links as “low quality” so better them not see it.
