Fixed Official forum, download of .php files doesn't behave as expected

In opera 11.50 when I click the file smileyimporter.php I receive a .zip, which is not a zip but the php file renamed.

This may be a browser bug as it works fine with Chrome, FF and IE.

Ah. It's not the only issue I have with opera and xf so I wouldn't be surprised.

It's being served as Content-Type: unknown/unknown, however the browser should still honour the filename specified in Content-Disposition, so I guess this can be considered a browser bug.

However XenForo should be using application/octet-stream, not unknown/unknown.
