Implemented Offending Content Should be Included in Warning Message

A copy of the offending content should be quoted in the warning message received by a member.

If the content is deleted, they won't be able to see it and will likely contact the moderator to ask them about what happened. This has caused a significant amount of additional work for moderators at my forum, and encourages users to question their actions and further inflames the situation.

Is that a 1.4 feature? I don't see it in my 1.3.4 install with a default theme.

It's a current feature.
You need to use the {content] placeholder.

You may use the following placeholders: {title}, {content} and {url} to dynamically insert the content's information; {name} to insert the name of the user receiving the warning; and {staff} to insert the name of the staff member giving the warning. You may use BB code.
