Fixed OAuth2 - connected applications missing from admin cp

Not sure if this is a bug that connected applications don't show up in the admin cp or if it wasn't implemented, but there's no way for an administrator to debug on behalf of a user what connected accounts there are. More importantly, there's no way for an administrator to revoke a connected app on behalf of the user to address a security concern.

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.3.7).
