xenforo is better because:

• It is legal
• It has proper support.
• Nulled software could contain malware
• Using nulled software is stealing

Are you Seriously that daft? You're asking about using an illegal copy of XF on their company forums?

Well really speaking not much can be done except asking your host to shut you down. If you live in the US/UK with strict laws you can be prosecuted, anywhere else they may be unable to do it.
But whats the point of starting a community with a nulled software? It may be malicious and your users wont trust you. It seems a stupid idea, ultimately you will also try for adsense and other ad platforms where you will anyway be rejected so well...

Okay then. Its better to buy XF, else use some free script, build up a community, get some donations and purchase XF. Its definitely worth it.
