You have to trigger it via AJAX action like... viewing member card. Normal page loads are not affected.

Oh ok... makes sense actually.

YouTube employs it when you're already on a video and you click another video (e.g. from the suggested videos in the sidebar).

Maybe they're using AJAX to load those. It's a nice effect.

Yeah, for normal request, the browser has its own progress bar. Thanks for the kind words

It's likely just being hidden by the fixed header.

Disabling z-index and fixed properties of the header fixed it.

Yeah, XenForo intentionally hides the loading indicator for those action. It will not show up in those cases.

Like xfrocks said in his addon description, I was the one asking for it because I saw him using on his site. For me, it looks something different, fancy kind of stuff.
