Implemented Notify members of watched forums if a thread gets moved into it

If a member is watching a certain forum, it would be a good idea to also notify him if a thread from somewhere else gets moved into this forum.
I'm giving support on a certain board and e-mails are pretty much my only way I'm finding out about new threads. However, if someone posts a thread in a wrong forum and a moderator moves it into my category, I'm not going to find out about it unless I check the threads list manually...
What do you think?

This is already an option. It's down to the moderator moving the thread to determine whether it should happen though. (It has a default on setting in most common cases.)
