Implemented Notification when you are quoted/liked.

I'm not sure if this is a feature yet (because nobody has quoted/liked me... or perhaps they have and I wasn't notified - do you like what I did there? ) but I think when somebody likes your post or quotes your post, you should be notified. Users don't want to scour pages of posts to see whether or not someone replied to their comment, a notification fixes this!

You get a notification when you get liked, but not when quoted.

Ohh, thanks for testing that out for me Forsaken!

A notification when quoted probably isn't necessary with the 'Like' feature, but its useful for if someone doesn't like your post but is replying to it anyway!
