Where is the notifications in the admin panel. I saw a help video and it was under applications. It isn't there in my admin panel under applications

Do you mean notices?

If so, that's in 1.1 beta under the Home tab > List Notices

Not there but I have version 1.0.4 so is this something new in the beta?

like I said I have 1.0.4 and there appears to be no option for the notices. Do I have to turn something on?
