Cannot reproduce Notices wont show for subsequent ID's

One thing I noticed about the Notices...they seem to be cookie driven, but not user specific. Let me explain.

If I login as my "regular-member" ID and dismiss the notice, then login as another user (like administrator) from the same PC, I don't see the notice. This means that if several members of the same household are members of my forum, only one of them will see the notice, whoever dismissed the notice first. I am wondering if this is expected behavior...

I can't confirm this.

Test1- Firefox: Admin created noticed. I dismissed it and switched account to testuser. Notice appeared ... Switched back to admin => no notice

Test2-Iron(Chrom): Admin logged in: Notice wasn't here

So it can't be "only cookie driven" (and if you check the code, it isn't^^)

Sure you didn't just set the notice for Regular member?
