Implemented Notices - User Criteria for associated social accounts

Since there is already an option for User Criteria in notices for "User's forum account is associated with their Facebook account" shouldn't there be criteria for Google+ and Twitter accounts?

Wasn't sure if this is more a suggestion or a oversight in the options.
