Notices not scrolling

Hello, I'm using the Aurora theme and just noticed when I create a notice it doesn't scroll (option is set to scrolling enable). Also, it's a small window/text and doesn't get 'noticed' very much.

Is there a style property or template where I can edit to make the notices scroll with text a bit larger?

Presumably this problem doesn't exist on the default style?

The only scroll option is the one you say you already set:

Admin CP -> Appearance -> Style Properties -> Notices -> Enable scrollable notices

If it's not working then it's probably a style issue.
