The notices system works perfectly if I want to create a forum-wide notice. However, if I select "Page is within node:" and select a forum only, it doesn't display at all on that forum. I tried different forums, no luck.
Keep in mind that disabling this, shows the notices. Also, the only filter is "Username status is valid".
I'm not sure what I'm missing.
