Fixed Notices: "dismissed" unchecked / Member still sees option to "restore"

I have all my "Notices" in ACP set as "Notice may be dimissed" being unchecked.







when a member clicks onto "Preferences" (in the pop-up which appears when you hover over your Name at the top-right) then it still shows an option for the user to "restore dismissed Notices".

This should not show to the user, when there are actually no Notices which can be dismissed (as per Admin-settings in ACP).

The user preferences setting doesn't query whether there are any (non-dismissible) notices.

The checkbox is also there even if there are no dismissed notices to restore.

I'll leave it to Mike to confirm but I would suggest this is as designed.

Not entirely a bug, but I have improved this in 1.4 and only show the link if you have any notices listed as dismissed.
