Fixed Not parsing BBCode in first post of discussion

Didn't see anything blatantly obvious, but maybe because I used the [plain] BBCode?

It's because of the open [img] tag in your tag line. I suppose we could wrap that in plain tags to handle this case.

I've wrapped the title and tag line in plain tags (which makes it more consistent anyway).
