I am trying to purchase and download add ons but it's only showing greyed out and Not Available.. I have registered my main account as well as this as forum users in my license but I am still unable to purchase and download anything. Thanks

I don't see any issues with your account.
It should take a maximum of 10 minutes after adding your forum user name to your license to make the customer areas available.
If you can post in this forum (thread has since been moved to feedback), then it's working.

To access any resources you have to be a licensed user

No, free add ons are free, paid add on must pay for it, but only licensed user can download free add ons.
