and the answer AFAIK is no - I haven't seen one that will do that. Either request and add-on in the request section or make a suggestion in the Suggestions forum.

The node tree is so confused with many nodes. There should be really a collapse and drag and drop function.

Drag & Drop and such has been suggested. Review the Suggestions forum and like the first post for that suggestion.
