XF 1.5 node name in reported content threads

We recently migrated to XF from vB4.2.3. Without adjusting any options, our reported posts are going to the same thread they did before. However, on vB I was able to put the name of forum the reported post was from, as well as the names of the reporter and the reportee.

How do I make those edits in XF.
