Fixed Node description properties, confusing

The settings for this seems to be a bit confusing.

You have:

• Show Forum Descriptions on Node List
  • Include descriptions underneath node titles on the main node list.

• Enable Forum Descriptions Tooltips
  • Show descriptions only when hovering over forum titles on the main node list.

If the first option is checked and the 2nd option is not, you get the desired/explained result.

If you disable the first option and enable the 2nd, you do not get the desired/explained result. No tooltip or description at all.

I understand the thought here but I think it would be confusing for some users.

I just added a clarification that the second depends on the first (as we can't enforce dependencies there).
