XF 1.2 No Unread post styling

If you click "New Post" and there's nothing new you land in a poor page with a little text string telling that there aren't new unread posts...

Question is how it's possible to style this page so that something more interesting is shown like a banner, some images, some links and so on?

Some time ago I've used an addon from XenFans that do that work perfectly but I'm unable to find traces of it...

You can edit the find_new_posts_none template and add your content to that or create a notice and target it for that template.
