Fixed No underline for footer links in email messages with gmail app

    There's no underline for footer links in email messages when viewing in the Gmail app (iOS).
    The links and the text are in the same color, so you can't know that it's clickable.

    There's no declaration of text-underline for these links, so it uses browser's default styling. Seems the default styling for links in the Gmail isn't the same.

    That was a pain, but I've now tweaked that in all of the standard emails. Thanks!
