XF 2.1 No support on weekends?

I opened a support ticket almost 4 hours ago, my forum is down and I would like some help please.



While waiting on the ticket I will explain my situation in case anyone can help.

Upgrading from 1.5 to 2.1 and the upgrade system password is not working. I have tried both my Admin CP password from 1.5 and the Xenforo Login that I used to download 2.1 and they don't work.

When using the correct password to my 1.5 Admin CP in the "upgrade system" login it keeps bringing me back to the screen in the attachment. I then reenter the Admin CP password and it brings me back there again.

Official ticket support times are 9-5 GMT Monday to Friday.

Weekend support is dependent on staff availability (if someone is around and has the time to look into it).

I will have a quick look over your ticket now.
