    Just wondering why there is no SSL cert when ordering?

    It's something we may provide in the future, but only basic info is submitted to us. All your payment-type details is submitted via PayPal.

    LOL. That XF will install SSL on their order page.

    Oh lol I misread it. Now that I've forced SSL I'm trying to learn as much as I can my bad.

    There's not much point in SSL. I only use a free certificate for my control panels and emails, just in case...

    Otherwise, not much point unless there really is payment details on the server (which there isn't here).

    You go to a page asking info such as full name, address, email, etc. Seems prudent to submit that info over https at source.
