Fixed No Similar threads dropdown heading

I added a suggestion here, but seems there already should be a heading. If there is a setting for it and this isn't a bug, then I apologise. But I cannot find it.

I've fixed this here -- it was a bug in our custom deployment stuff for this site.

Is this something that you reproduced locally in beta 1, or did you just notice it here? It should've been working in the B1 download.

I first noticed it it wasn't working on my test site with the beta. Then I noticed it wasn't working here either.

I just restored it to 2.1 to try another upgrade, will see what happens.

Wait! - on my test site it looks like I hadn't merged the post_thread template yet I think that may have been the reason on my site.
