You can use a pre-paid VISA or Master or Discover or American Express card (gift card). So long as it has the logo of one of the major providers it should go through.

You do not need to use paypal any longer either. XenForo finally got an online credit card / debit card / pre-paid processing service

You can also do wire transfer But you have to contact xenforo & tell your problem !

If you have got a debit card that has all the logos on it that you need you should be right with that.
