Not a bug No pagination on the missing users awaiting approval list

The users awaiting approval list only shows 30 records... there is no pagination! If pagination is not possible at least show a message telling that there are more users to list but first you need to process some of those 30 being displayed.

This list is not designed to have users kept in it -- they're designed to be dealt with immediately, rather than letting them built up. The limit is there for performance reasons and to limit exactly how much is shown for manageability reasons.

Based on that, pagination isn't really required. (It might be more suited to a suggestion if you want me to move it there.)
