No internal_data folder after download Xenforo

Hi All,

I'm a newbie here. i have just purchased Xenforo and starting to set up my site. However, after i download Xenforo from "Customer Area" section. I couldn't find any folder name"internal_data" inside the Zip file that i downloaded.

Anyone can explain for this?

You downloaded the upgrade package. That package differs only in that it is missing data and internal_data which are not needed for upgrades as they will already be present from the install. You can download the package again (the full package this time) or just manually create those directories. The install script will tell you if it needs you to create them.

You have probably downloaded the "Upgrade" package.

Uncheck this box when downloading:
