XF 2.0 No Cookie Notice

I've had Xenforo 1.5x and now the latest version (2x) for over two years, yet I have never seen the cookie notice.

I haven't asked my users if they have, but I have done some tests in different browsers and it isn't showing. (so for example, I used a browser I have never visited the forum on and I am not logged in, yet no cookie notice)

I was wondering what I can do to troubleshoot this to make sure the settings are right in Xenforo so that it displays.

Thank you, that fixed the guest situation.

However, I'm not sure what the expected behavior is for logged in users as I don't see a cookie notice.

Would it be correct to assume that by registering, the user is agreeing to the use of cookies so no notice is required once logged in? (expected functionality not to display a notice when logged in?)

Correct, this line covers the cookie acceptance, "By continuing to use this site, you are consenting to our use of cookies."
