XF 2.0 No access to /admin.php

Ever since installing my XenForo website, I have been having the same issue:

"Forbidden! You don't have permission to access /admin.php on this server."

To my knowledge, I have every setting set so I should be able to bypass it, yet I cannot, and the web host cannot see any issues.

I have turned off ModSecurity

data and internal_data have CHMOD settings or 777 settings. With all of this changed, I still get the same error.

Help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

It's something server side.

Your host should be able to resolve it.

The host said a sys admin had a look at everything from start up to present and they found no issues.

That is a server issue, typically caused by something like mod security or some type of WAF

Contact your host and they should be able to whitelist the rule or disable it.

If they can not resolve the issue it's time to get a different host.
