Good looking site overall. I like what background does for it. I'm personally against Chat/Shoutboxes on sites... I feel they eat the forums.

Thank you very much, 3DS Buzz always had the shoutbox, so removing it would make a lot of members angry, I may make do what used to happen when it first started and make the chat available only for weekends and special events (such as holidays and E3 week)
