This is erratic and started happening about three days ago. It will be alright, happen once then not again for a while.
In conversations when I see the '1' by the 'envelope' and click it, instead of going to that message it goes to the top of the page and when I scan down the message isn't there and the '1' stays on the envelope. When I then enter a message the missing one appears above it and the '1' disappears.
I'm using windows 7, IE11,.
It only happens as far as I can see on conversation not other alerts
