XF 1.2 New users not showing under 'Latest Member'

I've rebuilt Forum Forum Information, Rebuilt User Caches and Daily Statistics.

And still no change. The users have also validated their email addresses, so their account is in valid state.

I'm using the latest version of XF 1.2
