New User Cannot Post Links?

A new user on our forum reports they are unable to post a link. Is this true and, if so, how/where do I configure this?

We run a single user promotion, to move them into the group Verified, as suggested by an article here. This lets me manually approve everyone's first post.

Unless you have some addons preventing it as default XF don't.
Ask the user he has an adblock extension installed?

@Steve Freides the setting for this option is user Option > TAC StopHuman
This setting page will allow you to Set conditions for signature / links / homepage & stop Posts with banned words.

Double check your TAC StopHuman setting

Just revisiting this - I don't find TAC StopHumanSpam in my installation.

Problem has not resurfaced so low priority but would like to know what this is.

I suspect that this is related to an add on, because xenforo does not prevent users from posting links. Can you list all add ons that you have currently installed?
