XF 1.4 New threads(without manual approvement)

Hi all,
Is it possible to set such a setting,that say after 2 or 5 approved threads,I wouldn't need to approve thread manually?
And how is that step by step.

Also would like to have a separate user group,that I can have users in it,so they can post threads without manual approvement.

Do you mean new posts or new threads? I don't think this can be done for new threads but it can for new posts.

There is no specific option for that.
It would require an add-on or custom development.
